Is it only the Mineola office that has these problems, or do people have issues with other offices? I go to West Islip, and have had mostly positive experiences, as far as the staff and doctors are concerned. I've only been to Mineola for egg retrieval and once to meet with Dr. Singer.

No idea. The doctors in mineola and everyone on the other side of the office such as the nurses and whatnot doing your retreival and transfer are wonderful. The nurses monitoring you, the financial staff and administrative staff is "NG" IMO.

most of the issues seems to be at the Mineola office, but I do disagree with the OP for the drs. I wonder about them but It is their practice and the staff hired is a reflection of their standards which seem to be very low.
I have had issues with all the staff, and have told the doctors, and the same problems continue.
ETA: I would like to think most people have complained to the office, not just vent on this site or at least complain to the office before leaving for a new RE but I get the sense that might not the case. I wish more people would complain to the office verses just venting on the site, or no change will ever take place.
