where did you get your very realistic christmas tree?
we contemplated real, but aside from being from a family of firefighters who frown on it i also get allergies from certain trees and don't want to chance it.
i want something really full and beautiful and real looking that we can use for years.
TIA

Re: where did you get your very realistic christmas tree?
Both my mom and I got ours at home depot for their black friday sale. She got hers last year, I've had mine for 2 years. It's by Martha Stewart. We paid $50 for a 7.5ft tree (reg. price is approx $250).

Hicks (pricey but worth it!). Very full and real looking, and has held up well (bought in 2009).

We do real, but if used to have a fake one from Harrows that was beautiful. They went out of business but have since reopened. There's one on Sunrise in Patchogue.

Bjs in Deer Park (last year). My mother in law thought it was real when she came over.

we actually got ours at BJ's a couple years back.. the lights can be white, multi or rotate. I think it was just under $300...
The big thing to look for - that it says it has " molded" branches - gives it more the real look. Before that we had a non - prelit tree from Hicks - It didnt have molded branches and just felt so fake to me.
