Straight hair and static
Help! Static guard or a dryer sheet on my brush is not helping! And hair spray skeeves me. Help!!

Have you tried rubbing the drier sheet on your hair, not just the brush?

this,
did you ever try hair oil, like thermafuse heatsmart serum, helps with frizz as well

Alterna makes a static spary, also I have been using hairspray and it has been helping with the static (Tresseme flex hold)
