Crossfit?
Thinking DH would like this type of workout - thinking of getting him some type of membership or class passes or something for xmas.
I tried searching, but every search I do times out.  So, here I am asking if anyone has any recs for a really good Crossfit place. We are near Port Jeff, so anywhere in that general vicinity works well. However, I am open to hearing any and all suggestions as he works weird hours and in Queens near Woodside, so hitting a class before work might be feasible depending on what time the classes are... so if you offer up a name, I will look into it!
