Do people still take Yaz?
I don't know where to post this... I used to take it several years ago and looking for something to start on now... I had no issues with it.

Re: Do people still take Yaz?
:::: raises hand ::::
Just started taking it again recently.
I was on it eons ago and went on the Nuva Ring for a while and then came off of BC all-together to get pregnant. I had my son and then went back on Nuva. But, for some reason, Nuva after my son didn't love me as much as it did before my son!
So, I went back to the doc and said, what now? So, he suggested Yaz because I had success with it in the past.
So far, it's great :)

I cant recall if I had side effects.. it was so long ago!! I don't remember having issues though that's why I said let me try it again. I got the generic version of it and now Im wondering....

I took Lo Loestrin for years and went off a few months ago. It was great- I didn't get a period the whole time I was on it (which some people might not find so great). My hormones are definitely a mess since I've been off it, though. Everyone is different, but I know I've heard of lots of other people not getting periods while on it.

I'm on the generic brand of this one and have been since I had my DD whose now 20 months old. I don't get my period, which after going 9 months without one, very happy about this! Only had side effects the first couple of months I started taking it.
