Yes
ETA: I was told it's fine after the first tri. No more than 1 in a day, and not to be taken daily. You should be taking a multi-vitamin.

I'd check with your doctor--I think very high doses of Vitamin C can induce a miscarriage.
It may be way more than is in EMERGEN-C but I'd ask to be safe.
