I'd think it could be possible. I do know someone that got preggo on the pill, but she wasn't on it that long. When was your last period? What day are you on now? With both of my pregnancies I never had symptoms like that until after my bfp. But with my second it did start sooner. If you really think you could be then I'm not sure it's a good idea to still be taking the pill. Maybe test and see?

I'm going to stop at CVS and get a test tomorrow...just wanted to see if I was just being crazy until then lol.
My last period started on 11/20 but that was the late/short one.
