Anyone have really bad lower back pain?
Im 16 weeks and on and off the past week I've been getting stanbing back pains. It lasted all last night and i barely got any sleep  . I lnow its because I'm chasing my 2 year old all day and from picking him up.
Tylenol of course isn't working. DH wants me to call my doc but what's he gonna say?? I guess this is just a vent, can anyone relate??

Anyone have really bad lower back pain?
i had a bad back before this pregnancy, but I've been going to a chiropractor lately and he's really helping. if you live in the plainview area I can recommend him!

I didn't want to take medicine for my back pain so I went to my chiropractor every week during my 1st pregnancy. She actually specializes in seeing pregnant women and children. It made such a difference. She's located in Bellmore. You can message me if you want her info. Good Luck.

Anyone have really bad lower back pain?
Thanks for the recommendations girls but I'm in queens so it will be a treck to go out there.
I spent most of yesterday in bed and it made the world of difference. I just have to make a more conscious effort of not bending down too much and stop picking up DS as much also.
