What gym has the best classes
I was going to join my old gym but see they don't have much of the class I used to always take and seems like they cut back on classes all together. Who has good classes?

I go to crunch in west babylon and take a variety of classes and really enjoy them and the instructors.

Me too! People used to make fun of me for going to LR because its not a "cool" or "trendy" gym but I loved it - best classes!
So sad they don't have one near our new home

Fitness Incentive in Babylon has greata classes. I loved that gym but don't live near it anymore

Do they still have carpeting where the classes are or hardwood? Is this the commack location btw

I go to the one in Rockville Centre - they have hardwood.

What gym has the best classes
It really depends on what you're into. I'm not into Zumba or any of the dance related classes, so any gym that has a lot of these I don't consider "good".

I recently joined Equinox in Woodbury and by far this gym has the best classes I have ever taken. It is also the most expensive gym I have ever belonged to but IMO it's worth it.
