Anyone order pictures from here? I bought a groupon and placed my order 9 days ago. My print is still "in production". It was only 1 8x10 print. customer service is useless and takes multiple attempts to get back to you. regretting my order....
Anyone have a good experience with them> TIA!

Hey! I too used a groupon to order 1 canvas 9 days ago, and have not heard peep since! the FAQ's say production is usually like 7-10 days during the holidays. I am assuming they are just super busy. I have ordered regular prints from them before and had no issue with the time line or quality. Hope to hear from them soon!

My SIL has me print her holiday cards through them every year and they are always beautiful. They are a little slow on the shipment sometimes and I'm going to imagine they are so busy right now.
I hope it comes soon

Thanks! I spent 1.5 hours trying to get someone on online chat. I finally got the answer that it will take 11 days to get it printed. I think that is kinda ridiculous but too late now. I hope it comes in time for Christmas! I'm just disappointed with how slow their process is.
