Meditation for Infertility?
Hey ladies?
Do any of you do this? Or yoga? Does it help relax you? I'm trying not to stress about this as much as I did 4 years ago. Any suggestions?
Thanks a bunch!

Meditation for Infertility?
I did circle and bloom on my second Ivf, the one that resulted in dd. I found it really relaxing and it's all about the mind body connection. They have a specific program for iui/Ivf, trying naturally, etc. Highly recommend it.

Re: Meditation for Infertility?
I did Circle and Bloom, and yes, it was relaxing in the moment, but because you spend a lot of time visualizing good outcomes for the cycle, it constantly refocuses your attention on the cycle. That just didn't make me feel relaxed as a whole because it seemed to pump up the stakes around the cycle, the cycle, every day.
I would recommend any basic meditation CD (I use one I got from Kripalu) where the focus is to clear your mind in a general way without it being so outcome-driven by something we can't control.
