lawyer to draft a will
this has been on my to do list for years and now that we have two kids i really need to get on it. can anyone recommend a good, reasonable lawyer in western nassau/eastern queens who could help us with this?

I used Feldman Kramer and Monaco in Hauppauge and they were great.
I have a prepaid legal service for document reviews and they provide a free will service for members - worth every penny, IMO.

Actually, we just finished ours and used Jeanne Corea in Mineola.$2700 included: revocable trust, power of attorney, health proxy and there may have been one other but i can't remember at the moment. We did have to specify ages to dole out money to our children should we pre- decease them and needed to specify guardians for both financial and personal welfare of our children.She also charged $4200 to do more- insurance trusts etc but she said we didnt need that at the moment. The process was seamless and she was great to work with.

David Weissman in garden city area not far from the mall. He will meet you locally on weekend and evenings if you need as well.
