snow tubing during Feb break
Looking for a fun place for a 6 and 4 yo to go snow tubing, maybe try skiing and ice skating. Nothing too fancy or expensive. Any suggestions? TIA

Look into places in the Poconos. They will be perfect for beginners and much less expensive then places like Woodloch, Rocking Horse Ranch, or Villa Roma.

Mountain Creek offers both, and you can stay at Crystal Springs Resort. Not sure of price, but I'm sure it's skyrocketed during February break like everything else.
We go tubing at Campgaw. It's in Mahwah, NJ (about 30 minutes from GW bridge). Small mountain, but fun. They also offer skiing lessons. We usually stay at the Courtyard or Fairfield Inn. Overnight isn't really necessary, but we like to make a "trip" of it.
Blue Mountain in PA has snowtubing, and family tubing, along with skiing. Never been, but looks fun.
A lot of places have height requirements for tubing, so make sure you check those.

At Mountain Creek the kids have to be 5 AND there's a height requirement. We love staying up there, but the rates are $200-300 a night during non-holiday times. I would think it would be more like $300-400 a night during February break.

We did a day trip to Blue Mountain last year and it was great! Looking into an overnight this year.
