We did this blanket with simple grey or white sheets and grey breathable bumpers.

We did PBK Taylor sheets. they're white with grey elephants and a simple white with grey stripe crib skirt. We aren't using bumpers.

I did PBK Owen. In hindsight, I would've just purchased the crib skirt and sheets. I never used the bumpers or the quilt LOL

I agree with not needing the whole bedding set! We did a sports themed set that came with like 9 different things and I never used the bumpers or the comforter. You really only need sheets, bed skirt and then any accessories for the room. I used the diaper caddy and hamper in the theme also.

first time moms always want the bedding sets and you will never use it!!! minus the sheets. you can't use the bumpers or the comforter. it's so much money that you will never use. just register for the breathable bumpers and some sheets. done!

Thanks everyone! I actually used the entire bedding set with my DD. I never had an issue with the bumpers and didn't use the comforter until she was in a toddler bed.

Ditto. I used the whole set as well. When he was an infant I had his comforter hanging on the side of the crib too.
We did Lambs & Ivy Little Ones.

DS was my 3rd, and I used the bumpers with all of mine. Only think I don't use is the comforter. I have that folded on the back of the rocker in the room.
