Nt scan and water
So I just made my nt scan appointment for next Monday ( really excited ! ). The receptionist told me I need to drink 32oz of water a half hour before hand. This seems like a ton of water, did you ladies strictly follow this ?

Don't go crazy keeping up with ounces; you just need a full bladder.

I wasn't told anything and it was fine. Just don't pee right before you go

They told me to pee first thing in the morning and then not to pee again until after my appt. That was fine for all my sonos

Go with a full bladder. They told me I didn't need one and when I got there the tech was mad my bladder wasn't full. Next time I'll go with a full bladder and empty it if I need to. It's easier to empty it then fill it. Don't worry about the oz, just make sure it's full.

That's what I'm thinking I will do. I am just going to drink one of those big bottles of water on the way over.
