Home improvement loan
Hoping someone has some insight....
My husband and I bought our house in 2006. Obviously it is not even worth close to what we paid for it. We have no equity. We want to do some home improvement, not any kind of expansion though. We also have great credit and minimal debt/ bills. Would we be able to get any kind of loan for home improvement?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Home improvement loan
My contractor took a credit card or let me put material on my credit card which was 0% so I did that for some stuff! Not sure how big of a project you wanted to do :)

Home improvement loan
You would have to take out a personal loan. Some contractors have financing programs or you can do a credit card.
If you do not have any equity in the house you cannot do a loan tied to the house.
