Superbowl Potluck
If we are having a superbowl potluck party should all the food be served at once buffet style or should there still be like first two quarter appetizers and then serve the main dishes at halftime and dessert during the last quarter? I never had a potluck party before and have only attended 1 before this so I'm clueless!

Superbowl Potluck
We have had one the past 2 years. We did appetizers, wings, and mac and cheese before half time. After half time we do desserts.

I would spread the food out--depending on what people bring. If you get 2 of the same thing, you can split them up even if they are both technically apps or entrees.

I serve superbowl food by the quarter:
1st Quarter: spinach dip, chili dip, pigs in a blanket, cheese and crackers, baked brie, wings
2nd Quarter: stromboli, ham & swiss roll
3rd Quarter: hero, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, baked beans, sometimes pulled pork
4th Quarter: dessert

Usually 10-15ish
