Lunch Ideas
I need inspiration.
I usually eat a sandwich or salad (when I'm in the mood to make it) at my desk at work. We're technically note supposed to eat at our desks (but 90% of us do) so I try not to heat things so they don't smell. Looking for ideas other than cold cut sandwiches.
I sometimes make bean salad, but it doesn't keep me full for the rest of the day. I'll eat leftovers cold - if there are any. I would have tuna once in a blue moon.

Re: Lunch Ideas
I've been eating soups and a side salad. IF you don't want to heat the soup, mayeb you could just pack it in a thermos. For that matter, you could put hot pasta or mac and cheese in there too and then just eat a salad on the side.

Lunch Ideas
Try making chicken salad and then using it for sandwiches. I buy a rotisserie chicken and then just add onion and celery and mayo and im good to go!

Lunch Ideas
I get a lot of lunch ideas from following Sage Spoonfuls on Instagram. Albeit, she shares pictures of lunches she packs for her kids lol. But it's always a well balanced option that I would eat too. It's not traditional kid food. She makes them in a bento style lunch box. No micro required.

Cold leftovers is not good; you should heat them (no matter how it smells) to kill any potential bacteria. I've been on a bagel binge since I can keep that down. I also have had peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread, thanks to @MrsFatthead for putting me on to Healthy Choice Meals(lasagne one is pretty good and the pasta bake).
