Pork roast - stupid question
I never really ever cook pork. EVER! But best market has a boneless center cut pork roast on sale for 1.97/lb so I figure I'd give it a try. I found a recipe for stuffed pork chops that looks really good. If I buy a center cut boneless roast can I slice it before cooking to make stuffed pork chops? TIA!
