Anyone know where I can get good thermals for a toddler heading to ski school?
Of course I waited until the last minute so I have to go to a store to get them. Any suggestions?
Also any tips from moms of skiers for any other gear he may need for his first time?

Diiick's (LIF blacks out the real name lol) has some, I saw them a couple of days ago. They have a $20 off coupon online. I would go for the base layer, then do fleece, then the snowpants and coat. That's what I do, and my kids stay warm. We use the Cuddleduds for DD, not sure of the brand my son uses off hand.
Get good socks, and warm waterproof mittens (I wouldn't do gloves, they don't stay as warm). A helmet is a must, I wouldn't rent, since they share. Warm ski socks also, and a neck gator that covers the face/neck (google you will see pics)

Agreed. My son lives in his heattech. So warm, soft, and thin.

Target - Champion makes something similar to under armor - My son wears them for hockey They're like, $20 for the set.
you're going to spend a fortune on 'real' ski gear.

You are not kidding! I went to Dicks but they had nothing. Then I went to Sundown. They had some stuff but it was youth XS so it's too big on my son who is a 3T so I'm thinking it's not going to be effective if its swimming on him. It was $60 for the thermals alone! Then I added the socks, neck warmer and goggles. But I know how much is stinks when you are freezing while skiing and I don't want him to have a miserable first experience so I looked at the socks and the neck warmer as an investment.
I will try Target and Uniqlo. Thank you!
