Juice
There is a little deli near where I work that makes fresh juices so I decided to try one and it was delicious!
It had a bunch of Kale Huge ( I mean huge!!!) carrots Beets a bunch of celery stalks and a whole apple
I've actually started drinking this for breakfast and it fills me up and gives me energy! I want to start eating healthier so I am now obsessed with this.
Does anyone have a juicer? Which do you recommend?

Juice
I make this all the time in my Nutribullet, its not the best juicer but gets the job done. I have a Vitamix and its amazing, I just dont have time in the morning to clean it.

Re: Juice
I have a Breville juicer, it works great. I got it pretty inexpensively on Amazon.com. But I will say, juicing can end up costing a lot depending how often you do it. Produce isn't cheap and it takes a lot of fruits/veggies to make one juice.

I agree, I try to get my produce at Traders because they have lots of Organic veges and I find them more inexpensive than other stores

Re: Juice
So juicing is different than making a smoothie in like the nutri bullet or the Vitamix right?
I used to have a jucier years ago and it would like extract the juice and leave all the other stuff behind. Now I just throw everything into the bullet and it mixes it all up like a smoothie.
Two different things right?

I am pretty sure a juicer takes the skin off and the other machines grind everything down. very different consistency...

Yes - they are different.
Juicing removes the juice from the fiber.

Yep. With juicing, fiber is separated from liquid. With smoothies, everything is blended and they are healthier.

Blending is not healthier than juicing.
They are both good for you. When you juice you get a greater percentage of nutrients out of the veggie, which are much more quickly absorbed by your body.
