Gyms, prices and sales for the new year?
Where do you girls go and what do you pay roughly a month. I'm in watangh so don't wanna go to far from honestly don't want to go to a gym right in the area.... Also want some good night classes. Work till 6 and would like a spin class option. Thanks

I go to Golds Gym in Bellmore. 15 dollars a month, parking isn't bad. They do have some classes (not a ton) and spin is one of them, although if you work full time during the week the spin classes are during normal work hours.
They open at 5 am and close at 11 during the week but I don't think they have any night classes.
Have never had an issue getting a treadmill or working on the machines. Can't beat the price!

Gyms, prices and sales for the new year?
Big ALS family fitness in Amityville is $20 monthly. They have many classes. Spin is on the schedule quite a bit. Including on weekends. I teach there. It's nice.

I really like XSport at the mall in Massapequa. They have everything and never had a problem getting on equipment.

Gyms, prices and sales for the new year?
Planet Fitness $10 a month. Although I'm in NYC so I don't know if they have any in LI (I'm sure they do). I go in the mornings which is great because at my location there is hardly anyone there.

NYSC has a new deal $19.99 deal $250 sign up for new members $150 for exisiting to switch, No towels (not sure how they will enforce that lol), cant sign up for classes (can only go if there is space which is really only an issue at spin in my gym)
