Core exercises post baby
What core exercises did you do post baby? I'm about 10 pounds lighter than I was prepregnancy, but I definitely need to do something to strengthen my core. What core exercises did you find the most beneficial?
Right now, I'm running about 20 miles a week and lifting 2 times a week (if I have time). I also EBF my 9 month old DS.
I've used ab ripper x in the past and am willing to do it again. The problem is by DS' bedtime I'm usually wiped out and don't feel like doing the 15 minutes.

I swear by planks. There's a ton of variations where you can lift your legs, etc while holding in a plank position. I also think standing ab exercises are good for core strength. If you google you can probably find a ton of moves.

Pilates really has helped strengthen my stomach after being completely stretched from my twins
