bTDT CPSE moms
Is there a time limit as to when you have to have your meeting? I signed my consents last week of November and had all evaluations and paperwork submitted by Jan 10. I had two meeting dates rescheduled because of snow but I have t heard anything since the last meeting date was canceled about two weeks ago. I thought they had 60 days since the day I signed my consents? Who do I stalk to make this happen, lol, my agency or the district directly? Thanks!

If you signed the paperwork on nov 24th they would have to hold the meeting by March 16th to be in compliance. It's 60 school days so the 2 snow days would lengthen it by 2 days thereby making March 16th the last day of compliance.

I would call on Monday and find out when the scheduled the CPSE meeting. I'm sure they know the date.

I dropped off my son's CPSE paperwork the Friday before winter break and they already gave me the meeting date (April 1st) so they should probably know when it is. Now I am just waiting for people to start calling me to get the evals done.
