career change for DH

I feel so bad for my dh. He works so hard in his current job but he is so miserable. All he ever wanted to do was something with sports. Whether its working with an organization or analyzing statistics or really anything in the field. His knowledge is unreal and he has so much to offer.Does anyone have any leads, tip or advice? Btw going back to school is not an option unfortunately. Thank u!

What kind of work does he do now? Does he have skills that could be transferred to a new field? Can he take any type of pay cut to break into a new field?

He's in finance/sales. Im not sure if any of his skills are transferrable but he has excellent analytical skills and hes a people person. He can take a small.pay cut as I can pick up the loss with my job hopefully.

I'm almost positive someone on here works for MSG. I would tell him to give them a try too. Also, if he doesn't have a LinkedIn page, he should start one and begin to network. Best of luck to your DH!
