Looking for an oncologist recommendation-preferably with Breast cancer sorcialty
Hi, I'm looking for a good oncologist that specializes in Breast cancer. I'm open to anywhere on Long Island.

If you are willing to come into the city, FM me. My oncologist is with NYU Cancer Center...she is incredible. The center is located right outside of the NYC side of the midtown tunnel.
I was treated by her for breast cancer.

NYU Arena Oncology is located in Lake Success but associated with NYU. I think they are a good group.

If you are amenable to Suffolk, I use Dr. Nashir DaCosta with North Shore Hematology/Oncology. (Offices in Setauket, Pt Jeff, Smithtown and Patchogue I believe.) He is a lovely and warm man who has been on Newsday's top LI Oncologists for several yrs. Recommended strongly by my gyno AND my breast surgeon who in the typical MD way, steered me toward Dr. DaCosta rather than her breast center oncologists.
