Bounce in syosset
Has anyone done the open session with your kids? Is it worth it? I sounds very structured like they switch you from station to station every 5 min?

I take my kids all the time. It's not like that at all... I usually pay for the 90 min session and my kids can jump from section to section as they choose.

I took my nephews - they were able to go to any station whenever they wanted and could stay at the station for as long as they wanted. They had a blast

They give different colored bracelets when you arrive and then make announcements over the speakers when your color is up.

If you want inflatable bouncy houses for the little kids, they aren't always open. I think they have them Fri-Sun.

The inflatable bouncers are usually open for toddler hour t/th 10-12. I've taken my kids a lot this winter and I think they've been up all but one time.

Re: Bounce in syosset
I went there once and will never go back. It was ridiculously crowded. There were a lot of high school age kids there cutting the lines and being very rude. My kids hardly got any time to do anything because there were long lines for every activity. I complained and got refunded half my money.

Re: Bounce in syosset
Toddler time at Bounce is okay, especially if you go right when it opens at 10. Not too crowded and since the bigger kids aren't around, it's much less chaotic. Last time I was there though, they didn't put up the bouncy inflatables until halfway through Toddler Time.
But we went on a Saturday afternoon for a birthday party and HOLY CRAZINESS! It was insane and the place was overrun. Even with the birthday party group being led by a party host (a teenager who really couldn't care less), one of the kids from the party went missing. His mom found him in a different party room, happily eating pizza with another group!
