Dessert that's as good the next day

Except for cookies, I only make my deserts the same day I plan to serve it. However, I need a dessert for Friday, which means I'll be making it Thursday. Any suggestions/recipes?

I'm not a big fan but my mother always makes Tiramisu a day or two before she needs it, it seems to taste better

plus its no bake and easy

Paula Deen's Not Yo Mama's Banana Pudding

This is awesome, and even better the next day when the cookies soften a bit.

This is a version of my "go-to dessert. They call it eclaire cake. It is always a hit and couldn't be easier. I don't do the topping in the link although I do want to try it. Instead I call it napoleon cake and simply microwave some vanilla frosting and chocolate frosting in separate bowls and swirl together on top. Looks like the top of a napoleon and dries hard like that. It's awesome! It's best a day or 2 after it's made. It has to sit in rder for the graham crackers to get soft and have a more cake like consistency. Mmmmm!

Cannoli Poke Cake

No-bake Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Twix Truffle Brownies

I've made all of these the day before and they were all great!

A trifle! Gets much better the next day as the liquid is absorbed by the cake. And they are yummy and pretty looking if you have a trifle bowl or other clear bowl to make it in.

7 layer Magic bars. So easy to make and you can keep them in fridge or freezer. They actually taste better cold.

Banana pudding! It is even better the next day. Im not a huge banana in dessert person, but this is really good!!

1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups ice cold water
1 3.4 ounce box Jell-O instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups heavy cream
1 12 ounce box vanilla wafers
4 cups sliced ripe bananas (about 3 large bananas)

In a medium bowl (or using an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment) whisk together sweetened condensed milk and water until blended. Add pudding mix continue to whisk into fully incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until set, about 3 hours (or you can leave overnight).

Once pudding has set, whip heavy cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold pudding into the whipped cream until completely blended. In your serving bowl (or individual serving jars), begin layering vanilla wafers, then bananas, then pudding. Repeat 3 times, or as many times you need/like to fit your desired serving dish. Garnish pudding with additional wafers or wafer crumbs, cover with plastic wrap and chill for an additional 4 hours.

The chocolate cake recipe on the back of Hershey's cocoa. That cake stays moist forever.

I was going to suggest this, too. I use a different recipe, but I always make it the day before.
