It used to in extreme cold and heat. The thick eucerin in a jar helps.

Me too! I hate it and I think the cold weather AND stress contributes to both

Yes - I get red flaky patches. Really gross. I use Aquaphor and it helps a lot

Yep! Flares up on my hands, red scaly patches. The steroid cream my DR. prescribed wasn't even helping. I tried O'Keefes's Working Hands cream on it, gone in 2 days! Swear by that cream!

I need to try that cream, because I have the same dry, red patches on my left hand. It only gets bad in the winter

The cream doesn't say it helps eczema, but I happened to buy it during a flare up a couple of months ago and try it and was pleasantly surprised! I also used it on a burn a couple weeks back, healed it really quickly and no scar. Best cream ever, I'll never be without it. So worth the $6.99!

I've never had eczema but this winter has been hell on my skin. I have red bumps all over from scratching so much.

Never had this before, but do now. But I'm also 8 months pregnant so basically everything is off.

I have a steroid also for my scalp and neck, BUT, not sure if you have used them before, but it only stops it temporarily, then it comes back with a vengeance. At least for me. I decided not to use it anymore since I couldn't deal with the thinning skin from it. Sucks because I'm always scratching!
