Front Door Cost?
How much did you pay for your front door -including storm door, installation,etc. Just got a quote from Paella doors for almost $5.000! Wasn't expecting to hear such a high number.

We elected not to get the storm door- we spent about $1300. $5k sounds crazy! It is amazing how it adds up though- the door was less than $300, but we decided to add a color, then there was the new trim, the wood under the metal was rotting, etc. But we are happy with how it looks. We used Lowes and the guy who did the job was great, though I do not live in LI.

Front Door Cost?
We went to Window World and paid $3500. But it depends on the door you get. There are so many different doors. I would recc them, they were easy to deal with
We have a Therma tru door

Our Pella front door with 1/2 glass and 2 1/2 glass side doors was $5000. DH installed himself. We do not have storm door. This was a few years back.

No input on the front door but Pella is very expensive! We just added a sliding door and a medium sized window to our kitchen reno and it was over 9K! I almost plopped!

We did a door years ago, it was around $5000 with sidelight panels.

Window World installed our front door and it was about $2100. Pella quoted us $3000.

Front Door Cost?
we paid 3200 for a front door and storm door from wendel on jericho tpke
it hasnt been installed yet but customer service thus far has been great

5k sounds like a lot to me. We just went front door shopping yesterday and most doors we liked were between 2-2.7 k.

Our first door with 3/4 side panels cost us $3500 @ Anderson. We were robbed two years ago and they went right through the front door. Our new one-1/2 side panels with storm door, steel door cost us $5k
