Has Anyone Sold/Been To Chickenkidz Consignment Sale?
Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone has either participated as a seller and/or buyer in the Chickenkidz consignment sale. I'm registered to consign and am looking forward to it. Tagging is a lot of work though so I wanted to know if it was worthit? Also, do they have a lot of clothes for sale? I'm looking to buy clothes for my daughter and am hoping its a nice selection. Thanks.

How old is your daughter? We recently found out our second will be a boy so I'm thinking of consigning her clothes too. Let me know if there are specific things you are looking for. My daughter is 3 in April.

It's definitely worth it. I go every time and get great deals. There's tons of clothes. The racks are packed with stuff in great condition. The smaller the size, the more selection because babies usually grow out of clothes fast, before they get a chance to really wear them out vs. a 5 year old whose clothes take more of a beating, and therefore get tossed rather than sold.
My mom is a consigner. She's retired and likes to do it. She usually sells my boys' stuff for me. She volunteered at the last one in order to get more percentage of what she sold. It's good to consign/volunteer too because you get to shop first, before the public.

I have bought there during several sales. I've always been one of the first in the line to get in, and most of the good stuff has been gone. The co-signers get first dibs and shop earlier than the general public, so that is probably why. I find the lady who runs it to be very unprofessional though, so I don't patronize it anymore.

this is my first time consigning!! I just entered in about half my stuff and i didnt do anything else. ugh.... Im not too worried yet. ;) I registered late and will be a restocker seller. which is a great idea to have. the sellers get an exclusive sale and then my stuff will be added when the general public come. I think this is the best consignment . ive been to the other one and this one has more quality control on the things they sell. I've been going to ck for many years . love half price Sundays! Most things are priced very reasonable.
im not putting that many clothes items. my larger dd1s clothes im keeping for dd2 and dd2s clothes i gave away.
