How many calories to continue losing weight with injury?
I've been doing really good with my weight loss the past 2 months. Lost 12 lbs and 12 inches by eating clean, sticking to 1500 calories a day and exercising regularly.
I injured my foot and now can't do the exercises that I was doing while I am in an air cast. I have to stick with just upper body workouts, no cardio or anything that puts pressure on my foot.
Should I stick with the 1500 calories or should I reduce to 1200 while I am injured? I still have at least 10-20 lbs left to lose and I don't want to get stuck again!

Do not go down to 1200. Try 1400 and then drop a bit from there of necessary. If you cut too extreme in the beginning you have no where to go from there. If that makes sense to you.

you can also do boxing moves while seated for cardio work. That is a good way to get heart rate up while seated. And you can add light weights to that for added resistance.
