Can anyone give some feedback on living on Washington Avenue near Seaford Manor elementary school?

Many thanks!

I grew up a few block away. Not sure what you want to know. It's a busy block. But a nice area. Great schools. I live right next door to a school and there are issues. I never even thought of them (bought our house very young). It would depend how close to the school you would be. A few blocks.. no worries... Right next door and I wouldn't do it.

We live in Seaford Manor - one block off of Washington Avenue. PP is right - it is a busy road as it cuts all the way down to Merrick from Jerusalem. That said, we have lived here for 2.5 years and love the area and the school.

PM if you have specific questions.

I live in the area and my good friend actually lives on Washington. It's a busier road but not like a super busy road like Jersualem... I really like the area though and there is a nice park nearby which is nice to be able to walk to when it's nice out.

There is a lot of traffic because of the school and the road is very busy at times. With that said, I considered buying a house that was near the stores at Clark. We decided against it because of the yard.

I live close by. The school is small but it is a road that has cars on it often but it's not crazy busy. The school gets crowded around puck up and drop off but that's about if. But it is a wonderful area all the houses in the block are nice. We are so happy we bought in this area. Washington ave isn't like many other busy roads. It's very nice and u never notice anyone speeding down it. Good luck!

I live on Washington ave, but on the other side-by pathmark. Its ordinary traffic, not anything I would complain about
