Where are you located? We used JA Assembly to mount TV over our fireplace. I was worried about DH doing it b/c of the brick but this guy did a great job and knew exactly what he was doing and his fee was very reasonable.

They mount it wirelessly.

with youtube, you will be able to do this yourself.
40" depending on the mount, you only need a single stud.

DH is not very handy and was able to do this in 2 rooms. I would try it before you pay someone. Don't waste your $$
