stylish/chic (large) bag to use as diaper bag
Marc Jacobs and Kate Spade both make nice looking diaper bags.
I've used my LV Neverfull as a diaper bag a few times.

i got the Timi & Leslie Bag for my shower. it's actually a diaper bag but you'd never know. when my DH was loading my gifts he's like...you got a handbag for your shower??

I have used my LV neverfull as a diaper (everything) bag for years ........
Once I didn't have to carry bottles / formula that could spill, I stopped using the diaper bag - I find a regular tote is MUCH better to carry everything I need - I organized with ziplocs and could easily find things and take things in/out.
IF you're going to have to carry bottles though, I'd recommend something w/ pockets that they will stand straight up

I use the MZ Wallace diaper bag which looks like a large handbag. In fact, people are surprised to find out it's a diaper bag.

I know nothing about diaper bags, but I was reading a beauty blog this morning that mentioned Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bags
Some of them do look like diaper bags, but the blogger liked the Sashay bag & the totes are cute too.

I just got a new Rebecca minkoff tote. When i got I home with it I thought for a minute this would make a good diaper bag. It's big enough, has a few pockets inside to keep your stuff organized.
I got a different color and I paid a lot less at saks off 5th
