Still can't decide on a birthday party place for my 3 year old...
My son will be 3 in august. I am still trying to decide where to have his party. My twins 3rd and 4th birthday the past 2 years was at pump it up. Everyone had a great time and the place was wonderful with taking care of everything. My question is, would it be overkill if I had my sons 3rd birthday there? It would be pretty much the same guests so I'm torn. That's the only place I could think of that all kids would have a great time and includes the food for the kids without having to pay extra. Would it seriously be overkill?

I have 4 kids....I should have taken stock in pump it up....having another there again soon but the kids have a great time.
I say do it.

Haha! I think I'll have it there. All the kids had such a great time and the staff is wonderful I seriously have to worry about nothing. Thanks!!!

It's a good place: a friend had a party 2 years in a row there.
I loved the firefighter museum at that age. Also easy & included more than enough food.

I had DS 6th birthday last August there. I bought into an Amazon Local deal, which was almost half price. I had the party at 4pm during the week. It was very reasonable, and everything was taken care of.

My almost 4 yr old loves places like Pump It Up & Bounce U. Kids love those places, I don't think it is overkill.

Nassau. By the LICM & nunley's carousel.

My dd had a pump it up party last year this year we are doing BounceU. I love these type of parties for kids. Its everything kids love, running around and jumping like nuts for an hour. At a young age the less rules and structure at a party is better.
I say its a do!

Thanks ladies! I talked to DH and he agrees, we are going to do it there again. Maybe we'll check out bounce U but either way the kids will have a blast!

My nephew had his 5th, 6th and 7th birthday parties there. The kids had a blast each time. This year they have to change it up because the location closest to us (Bohemia) closed.

I don't think there's anything wrong with having it at the same place. Kids that age love animals also so maybe White Post Farm or a similar place. White Post runs great parties - very smooth, kids have a great time.

How about My Gym or Little Gym?
I think they do nice parties for the younger kids.
White Post Farm or LICM are also options.

I thought about my gym but we have a variety of ages and the older kids wouldn't really have any fun. I looked into LICM and a white Post but it would cost quite a bit more.

I had a major headcount problem this year with DS's party. I may just do CEC next year. All ages have fun.

I did think about CEC too. But it's too crowded for me to do a party there while he is so young. I prefer a room place where I can keep an eye on all three of my kids without being on top of them. I am going to wait until his 4th or 5th for that.

I did my son's 3rd birthday at Adventureland last August. They loved it so much I'm doing it there again. So, IMO, it's okay to have birthday parties at the same place two years in a row.
