Taking DS to Disney tomorrow and he doesn't know yet. He's 4, it's his 1st trip. That's it...just wanted to share lol

Have so much fun! My husband and I did that with our son when he turned 5. I had always wanted to surprise my kids with a trip to Disney day of - it was so worth the reaction!

I bought a bunch of t shirts, one which he will wear to school tomorrow that says "this kid is going to Disney" with mickey hands pointing to himself. and I also got him the ears and the autograph book and a stuffed mickey for the plan, coloring book crayons etc. All will be put in a box with helium filled balloons (Mickey) and since he can't read I will obviously tell him but maybe he'll guess since he knows there is a surprise coming. I've been bribing him with it for weeks lol
I am definitely going to video tape it but my kid is the kind of kid that can go either way. He'll either be super excited or say "it's ok mommy I don't want to go". lol he's not a fan of characters but I am mentally prepared for the latter reaction and would probably be hysterical laughing since that is totally my son.

my parents are taking all of us in October and I cant wait! I have been thinking of ways to tell my 4 year old and when we are driving so I am not sure if we are going to tell her when we leave or wait till we get there!
