Price on Portico?
We have a dormered cape. We are going to get new siding this spring and have been toying with the idea of adding a Portico. If you had one put on your house, how much was the cost?
TIA

Re: Price on Portico?
I didn't have it done but I did price it out and they start at like $3500 - $5000. Depending how big you want it and what columns you choose...
Good luck

Also, your landing/steps needs to be big enough to support the portico. It needs to be wider than you want as the columns will take up space so there might be extra cost in making your steps larger.

Re: Price on Portico?
I think ours was just shy of $10k. I think we have 4 columns (which were not cheap).

Re: Price on Portico?
Don't forget you may need a permit for the portico. Many times a variance may be required if there isn't enough front yard set back
