Is there such thing as a "Biggest Loser" type Coach that you can hire?
I have an illness that has left me very weak and out of shape.
It is life long, but with the right combo of meds, I'm hoping to live as pain-free and normal a life as possible.
Is there some type of coach I can work with or any type of program that pushes you to follow a food program as well as exercise. Maybe a trainer, a health coach?
Any ideas?

I would think most qualified trainers would be able to help you. At some point you may want add a dietician to that. I work in fitness, what area are you located? Maybe I can recommend someone that may be able to help.
