Outdoor play house, etc

DS just turned 18 months and this summer will be his first time mobile on the playgrounds and in the yard. Wanting to buy him some fun stuff for the yard, but cant go too big bc it is small. We have a little baby pool, water table, and basketball hoop.
Can you recommend other toys your kids like outside? Or if there is a good small playhouse your kids LOVE to use?
Budget is $350-500
TIA!

I have the Step2 Neat & Tidy Cottage. I think it's a good size and it has a floor which most do not. A couple of people I know have it and no complaints.

ETA we also have a sandbox which DD loves, initially I was against it but it was a great buy. Ours came with a cover to keep it clean.

We also have the Step 2 neat & tidy cottage, it was more affordable and DS enjoys it.

I have a similar one & keep it indoors. Got it on sale at babies r us & it was the same size as neat & tidy, but slightly cheaper. We keep it indoors & the kids love it (3&4 yo).

We got a swing set from BRU when DD was 15-months old. She has grown with it and loves it. Her little brother will get to try it this summer.

This is similar to her swing set. We got the Little Tikes toddler swing for her until she outgrew it. It fit perfectly. Now my DS uses this toddler swing as she's big enough to go on the swings that came with the set. She likes the monkey bars too to swing on and even used them at a young age. She climbed up the wall learning to put her foot on the pedestals until she got up to the top of the club house to go on the slide down.

We also have these for the backyard:

And Little Tikes Anchors Away Pirate Ship - my kids LOVE this!!!! Anything to get wet and be safe!

Thank you all for the suggestions. Everyone said neat and tidy cottage so im going to look into that. I also have to look into this bubble table! He has a water table that he loves. I also know he would love the sand box but im more afraid of him bringing sand into the house than anything. Im a neat freak!

We have the step 2 woodland climber and DD loves it. We got it when she was around 1 and she still enjoys it two years later. I considered getting her a playhouse this summer but I just picture her dragging me in there with bugs crawling around and I get nervous just thinking about it!
