I dont have recipe but you can make one using shredded veggies like zucchini as a crust

This one is so good! You can change up the main ingredients. I don't add all the cheese it recommends and it comes out good.

crustless quiches
I don't eat crust so I've only ever made them crustless..pretty sure nothing changes you just spray pan and do everything else the same.
