We signed a contract with them today for new windows, gutters, flashing. The more we think about it, the more we're uncomfortable with the whole process. According to their contract we have three business days to cancel. I plan on doing that tomorrow, but I'm reading a lot of reviews that they make it difficult for you. I'm just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this company and specifically, with a cancellation? If you have any advice, I'm all ears. I'm completely ready to fight them if that's how they want to do it. But I would like to make this as quick and hassle free as possible.
