Buspar
Has anyone taken this? I've heard its the only Class B anxiety medication, and curious if anyone has any experience with it.

i have a few residents that i currently provide oversight to that utilize the medication. if you are trying to get pregnant while it is a class B medication, it should only be taken if absolutely necessary and i personally would encourage you to try other coping mechanisms for anxiety prior to taking it. Buspar is a mood altering drug and may impact your mood during pregnancy coupled with pregnancy hormones. however, it is a highly effective medication which is a plus.

I took it for a few months after my daughter was born and found it did squat for my anxiety.
