I recently bought Voluminous Butterfly from L'Oréal. Not very impressed with the volume ( or lack of it).
TIA

My very favorite is Better Than Sex by Too Faced. For drugstore I like the original Voluminous by L'Oreal or Falsies by Maybelline.

Re: Recommend a Mascara
Maybelline Rocket or Lash Sensation I think its called (in a light pink tube) but I'm more about the length and separated lashes than volume. I've heard good things about the Loreal Telescopic one for volume.

I wore benefit very bad gal for years and years. Recently switched to 100% Pure and it is so much better and so much more amazing and natural with no chemicals.
However I will add two tricks. Add a few drops of saline solution to any mascara once you feel it's starting to dry out and it makes it last so much longer.
Add one drop of lavender oil to nourish and help to thicken and lengthen lashes.

Re: Recommend a Mascara
To me, the most important thing is a lash primer.
I happen to love my mascara but it SUCKSSS so bad if I don't use my lash primer.
For the primer, I recommend Prep & Prime by MAC.
And then, honestly, ANY mascara you use will be infinitely better because of the primer.
HTH!
ETA PIC --- pardon me bc it is in my workplace bathroom LOL
That shit is ALLLL lash primer. You should see me without it. It's like I don't have lashes at all. And then for mascara I just use cheap drugstore stuff and replace it often so I get it nice and new and not when it's running empty. I use the stock mascara with the green top and the hot pink bottom.

I have to agree on the primer. I have NO lashes. Zero. I look blank. I use Tarte Lash Primer- but anyone will do- I just found that one easily at Ulta recently. I have used all other brands though. That and then I use 2 coats of Loreal Extra Volume Collagen, and one coat of Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black. But like Dani said, any mascara will do if you prime.

My go to is still the maybelline pink and green tube. I have tried expensive ones and then the ones that put the "tubes" on your lashes. The Maybelline is the only one I keep going back to. Never looks clumpy.

Is this like a fiber lash primer? I want to try but my eyes are sensitive and I can't do the fiber stuff.

Oh no it's just a white colored creamy lotion that gets put on with a regular mascara wand. Totally fine - comes off easier than mascara!
