My team green baby was a...
BOY! I am still in shock because I really thought it was a girl, actually convinced myself. I carried like all of the typical "girl" old wives tales, I had a lot of nausea, and food aversions. I loved being team green and I can't even explain the feeling of surprise when they said boy. DH was so against being team green but he is fully on board if we are blessed to have another baby, it was just such an incredible feeling.
Stonybrook OB/GYN and Stonybrook hospital were absolutely amazing. Dr. O'Keefe performed my csection and he worked so quickly to ensure that the baby and I were okay after a very scary situation. I really didn't want a csection and my recovery has been pretty rough but if I had to have one, I am glad O'Keefe was there to perform it. Having such incredible nurses and doctors really helped ease our fears during a very stressful situation. I can't say enough good things.
And now here is our little heartbreaker, Ryan Keith. Born on 4/22/15 weighing 8lb 14oz at 4:15pm.
