It comes with the pump, instructions, breastfeeding guide, 2 packs of nursing pads, 10 medela bottles, 7 tops for refrig storage, 8 nipple tops, and a brand new unopened pack of 3 slow flow nipples, 1 microsteam bag, hand pump and wall plug in. I have used this so it doesnt come with the tubing or parts that touch you, those can be purchased in a kit. I was able to get the same pump but a smaller version that fits right in my diaper bag from the insurance company.
