GD girls, what do you have for dinner?
what can i have for dinner thats still delicious?
i would really like a whole pizza but i guess thats not a good idea

GD girls, what do you have for dinner?
I ate pizza on occasion and my numbers were ok. I just made sure not to go to a place that had cornmeal dusted on the crust and I would take a brief walk after.
Grilled chicken, steak, brown rice, veggies (no starchy veggies), fish, tuna on a whole wheat flat or whole wheat English muffin. Just read labels!
