Crinone Question-TMI
Hi girls.....TMI warning, this is gross. I just had some particularly violent vomiting and a clump of crinone made an appearance. There was some brown mixed in with the white, which I haven't seen before. I was put on the crinone because I was spotting brown a few weeks ago.
I had my 8 week appt on Wednesday and all was well. They also did an internal US.
The office is closed till Monday. Would you call the emergency line or am I freaking out over nothing? I've been so, so nervous.
TIA!

Crinone Question-TMI
I was in crinone for the first 12 weeks this pregnancy. It was an Ivf cycle so I started in the 2ww and then stayed on bc my prog levels were low. First off you have to clean out the clumps everyday or else they get super cross and clumpy ! I used to clean out the crinone clumps everytime I was in the shower! At first it was pure white and then at about 6 weeks it turned brown when I cleaned it out and I freaked! My nurse told me that the crinone has different reactions with our bodies and can be white, brown, pink and even black! I had some days where it was greyish black too! It's totally normal and I never had any spotting besides the brown clumps!
Oh and I'm now 30 weeks so everything was fine!!

Re: Crinone Question-TMI
yes clumps will come out! especially when you go to the bathroom doing #2, lol. i was taking crinone twice a day for a while and got such a back log of it stuck in me that i actually went to the dr to have them look and make sure all was ok. the dr scraped some out lol, and it was actually showing on the internal sono. the sono tech could see a shadow on the screen and said its prob the crinone in you. it was fine it just takes some time to come out. so gross but its normal!

Crinone Question-TMI
Thanks girls! It actually turns out I have a small subchorionic hematoma (I'm neurotic and went to the ER).
And you're right, the clumps are the grossest thing ever!!!!
