They are getting a lot of press-- I wonder if anyone will take notice of some of their theories and apply their findings to actually improving schools, crime, etc.

I thought it was very interesting - especially the first chapter. Have you read any of Malcolm Gladwell's books (The Tipping Point, Blink). They are kind of along the same lines.
