Healthy Snack At Work
What snacks do you bring with you to work?
I feel like I am always hungry and all I do is eat - granted its healthy food, but still! Plus, my go-tos are getting boring (apple with PB, banana with PB, Almonds, Greek Yogurt).

I'm boring too. My go-to's are babybell cheese, carrots with hummus, veggie chips, yogurt, sliced watermelon, or 2 turkey & cheese & lettuce roll ups.

Berries String cheese Banana Almonds Progresso soup - the light type: half a can is about 100 calories and filling! I also put popcorn kernels in a paper bag, fold it over, and microwave it for a couple of minutes. It's air-popped popcorn without all the chemicals in packaged microwave popcorn.
